At Doggypads all shipping is free to the contiguous united states, please use the contact us form to inquire about shipping outside our free shipping zones.

Orders are processed same day and shipped the following day. You will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We currently ship exclusively in the USA except for Hawaii and Alaska. Overseas orders can be accommodated in large quantities on a per order basis with additional shipping costs. Please contact sales@doggypads.com for more information or to place an international order.

We have a great return policy! We understand that there are times when we realize that we have purchased items we do not need for whatever reason. If you should find yourself in this position and want to return your puppy training pads, we request that you send our returns department an email to set up a RMA.
